Lockers will be available in the General Admission and VIP areas. You can reserve a locker in advance or on-site at the festival, subject to availability. Each locker measures 8”H x 12”W x 18”D and comes with a universal phone charger. Lockers can be reserved for a single day or all 4 days, and if you book for all 4 days, you can leave your items securely stored overnight!

No, we do not offer any sort of official meet and greet packages for our events.
Shipping address can be updated at any time, up until the label for your package has been printed. Please log into your Front Gate account HERE by hitting “sign in” at the top of the page! From there, you’ll be able to view and manage your order.
If you need any assistance, please email us at info@sonictemplefestival.com.
The box office will accept a State issued Driver’s license, a government-issued Non-Driver ID Card, Military ID, or Passport. Please make sure to have one of these forms of ID with you!
If you miss your payment, you will have up to a 30-day grace period to pay your next installment before your order is subject to cancellation and a non-refundable $50 fee + $10 termination fee.
No, your pass is an RFID wristband and a weekend pass is not transferable across multiple attendees.
The box office will be located directly next to the Festival Entrance. Box office hours will be announced closer to the event.
Every ticket purchase supports the DWP Foundation.
Service fees on all pass purchases include a charity fee for the DWP Foundation, which gives back to local and national charities throughout the year.
