Rob Zombie’s rendition of The Munsters, released September 2022, introduced his work to a whole new world of fans, being his first PG-rated horror comedy film. Based on the 1960s family sitcom of the same title, the story takes place prior to the events of the series, serving as an origin story for the characters. The Munsters, like Netflix’s Wednesday, satisfies a forgotten market for nostalgia classics that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
